What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products from clothing & apparel, home goods and accessories.
Clothing & Apparel: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, bomber jackets, 3D or all over print hoodies/tees, shoes, leggings, sports bras, dresses, shorts and pants.
Home Goods: Drinkware such as mugs, can coolers, laser etched tumblers, all over printed tumblers, wall decor such as canvas wraps or metal wall art/monograms as well as blankets, hooded blankets, bedding, rugs, etc.
Accessories: Embroidered hats, aprons, cellphone cases, car seat covers, bags/purses, computer mouse pads and desk mats, etc.

How do your products fit?
Please see each individual product listing and it's accompanying sizing chart to get an accurate representation of its fit. Should you have any questions not answered by the sizing chart or descriptions regarding a product or it's sizing; don't hesitate to reach out!
What if I don't know what size to order?
Be sure to double check the sizing charts and specifications located within each product listing. These state whether they are true to size, run smaller/larger.
We recommend pulling out and measuring a shirt/hoodie/etc that you already wear and love, comparing this to our size charts will be the best way to determine what size you will need.
Here's how to measure:
1. Lay your t-shirt out nice and flat.
2. Find about one inch below the armpits and measure the distance between them, this will give you "Body width".
3. Measure from the top left of the collar, down to the bottom of the shirt. This will give you "Body length".
4. Finally, compare it to our size charts and you're good to go!

There is approximately a 1 inch variance that may be experienced from that shown within the chart.
Why was my order split into separate packages?
You may receive your order in separate packages even though you placed the order together.
We have multiple fulfillment locations worldwide. To save on shipping costs and timeframes; orders are shipped immediately after production. We want to get your products to you as soon as possible!
Other possible reasons include items being temporarily out of stock at certain locations or back orders. An item may not have passed it's quality check and needs to be recreated or checked.

Do you offer discounts or Wholesale on your products?

Shipping & Returns
Where do you offer shipping to?
Currently we only offer shipping to United States & Canada; however we will be expanding this shortly to include other destinations such as the EU, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our products are handmade and/or printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Items from your order may also be shipped separately from different facilities. Worry not, you will receive your order entirely.
Typically it will take 2-7 business days for production, before leaving our facility.
In total you should expect around 10 to 14 days to receive your order (COVID or Holiday delays excluded) but if you need your products for a special occasion we suggest ordering in advance at least three weeks in case there are any delays.
However the type of product and it's shipping facility may impact this as well, so be sure to check each product listing for specific information on shipping and production.
If for ANY reason at all you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Customer support and satisfaction is our main priority.
Why am I being charged VAT, customs, duty or import fees?
Each and every country has their own customs regulations for imported goods. For this reason, ThatGeekLyfe cannot be held responsible for any additional fees or charges in the destination country.
Please note that you; the end customer are responsible for paying these fees (Eg: Import/Custom clearance fee, VAT, etc.) as these additional fees will be paid to the government of the destination country.

If your tracking number is showing that the package is stuck at customs, please contact your local post office or the customs. We are sure they will be able to help you!

I made a mistake, how can I edit or change my order?
Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window for which products or orders may be edited; prior to production and fulfillment. Please be absolutely sure all of your information, sizes or customizations are correct before placing an order. Mistakes do happen, so should you require an edit in your order contact us HERE as soon as possible!
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours from the time your order was placed. We will do our absolute best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
All of our products are handmade or printed to order, meaning we don't keep an inventory of every SKU available. Therefore; it is crucial you have double checked the details of your order ensuring all information, sizing and customizations (if applicable) are correct before submitting your order.
We understand mistakes happen and we are always happy to help ensure customers are happy with their orders, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us here.
How can I get a refund or return/exchange a product?
Because all of our products are created on a per order basis, meaning we don't keep an inventory of every SKU available. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item is defective upon arrival.
Therefore; it is absolutely crucial you have double checked the details of your order ensuring all information, sizing and customizations (if applicable) are correct before submitting your order.

How can I track my order?
Upon completing production your product or order will have a shipping label printed and handed off to one of our shipping partners. At this time you should receive an automated email stating your item has shipped with a tracking number provided. In some cases the email gets lost so be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
You may also track your order using our tracking page HERE or located in the "tracking" links located at the top and bottom of each page.

Can I make a custom request for a design or product?
Sure, if there is a specific design or product combination you're looking for, reach out and we will do our best to accomodate you. We're always down for new and fresh designs!
Can I become a designer for you?
Sure thing, we're always looking for new talent. If you're an artist and you have designs or artwork you'd love to sell, get in touch and we'll discuss the deets!
Can I request a bigger size?
Yes, we do offer plus sizes beyond what it is shown on the website. If you have a request simply contact us with the product and design you would like and we will reply with a quote and set you up with a new listing!
Sizing is product dependent, for exmaple:
All Over Print Hoodies & Tees (AOP) currently offered up to 4XL however we can offer up to size 6XL.
For regular graphic printed tees we can offer up to size 10XL.
